The Fall Girls Blog Hop!

First and foremost Happy Veterans Day! I hope as you read my blog today, you will take a moment to think about those who currently serve, who previously served, their families, and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for their Country.

Welcome to the Blog Hop for the Fall Girls! We are so glad you are hopping along the way with us today! Hopefully you made it here from Tina's Blog!

The Fall Girls is a group of bloggers from one of my favorite online places, SplitCoastStampers. If you have not visited SCS, I highly recommend it! It is full of crafty enabling...I mean goodness!

As part of our hop, we are supposed to say why we wanted to join a blog group. Well, I am part of 4 blog groups and I love them all! They offer fabulous inspiration and I have met some wonderful virtual friends along the way!

Now on to my project...it all started with JoAnn's and their 40% off sale...LOL. I had been eyeing this stamp for a while, and it finally found its way home! I decided to pull out my Prismas and Gamsol to color it. It had been a while since I used them and although it took a while to color it in, I was happy with how it turned out!

Stamp: Inkadinkadoo
Paper: Basic Black, Crushed Curry, PTI White
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol, Stickles, misc. ribbon from my stash

Your next stop on the Fall Girls Blog Hop is with Pam! Thanks so much for dropping in!

Wow girl. That's what printers are for (did you seriously color all of that?) By the way I'm not ignoring you. Well, kinda, but when I'm up to the challenge of making cards I know who to ask...

Four blog groups! You are ambitious! But you are right, it does provide such a great deal of inspiration. . . come to think of it, I guess I'm on four groups too, I just never counted them! GREAT job with the gamsol and coloring, I'd want that stamp too!

ahh the dreaded 40% off sales they are just too hard to resist LOL. I love this stamp and I don't think I've ever seen it at my J's store. Love what you did with it.

Beautiful!!! I love sunflowers. I have a new sunflower stamp from CTMH that hasn't seen much ink yet. By the time I got around to having time to use it, Fall was about over. I love seeing them used as a Fall card...I for some reason see them as summery. This is just gorgeous though. As far as craft enabling is concerned, check out this blog... http://www.fabulouslyartsy.com/ I get so much inspiration from her. She has a video tutorial on bleach stamping and uses a sunflower stamp set.
