Tri-Fold Baby Shower

I have seen a lot of these cards posted on SCS, as well as on my talented friends' blogs. Let's just say making this was a love/hate relationship. I have a new found respect for those of you that did this with minimal foul language involved! ;)

Despite the "issues" I had, it was still made with a ton of love for a friend who is having twin boys!

Stamps: Admit It & Sentiments (SU)
Paper: Retired Creative Memories and some scraps
Ink: Bliss Blue & Chocolate Chip for shading
Accessories: Cricut, Googlie Eyes, Dew Drops, SU Buttons

I think we are packing out in 2 weeks. Yes, you did you just hear a bit of panic in my voice! While I did a ton of clearing out during Spring Break, you are never totally ready for the movers! My DH said I could hold some craft stuff out and then either ship it to myself or send it in our Express Shipment...but I think it would annoy me to be missing that one thing you really need to make the card perfect...and know it is packed away on its way to Alaska! Maybe I will just take this time to catch up on my reading and perhaps finally organize my pictures on the Mac!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Moving in two weeks and you still had still time to make this gorgeous card! It does take a lot of figuring to make the folds right but is is a amazing style of card. Great job!

I think it turned out great. You remember when I posted my first one (have made many now) that I didn't even own a ScorPal! Bought one right after that..LOL! They are a lot of work, but the end result is so worth it!

Good luck on the move!

Beautiful card! I love the images you used on it. This are really fun cards to make once you get the hang of them. I like to make 2 at a time, cutting the paper for 2 cards seems to make it seem worth the effort. Good luck in your move!

Wow what an elaborate card! I haven't tried one of those and if I did I'd probably have to do it at least twice, if not more. I'm amazed that you got one done and it looks so fabulous too!

Great card! These are so neat, but the measuring/cutting/folding and aligning all the different papers are a pain.. if you don't holler and swear a few times while making one I think there is a problem LOL

You could do what I did, stamp off a bunch of images and keep your copics out... then you can color away! I was worried about sending them away :-)
